house rules

These are the planned numbers. Once the engine is live, they come straight from its settings.

01What this is

$VIG is a coin on pump.fun. Trading it generates creator fees, and selling properties brings in SOL. Both are split the moment they arrive: fees go 65% to property owners and 20% to buying back and burning $VIG, with 15% to the Lounge's prizes; property sales are split 65% owners · 20% burn · 15% Lounge prizes.

The Strip is its own thing. It is separate from the Vigorish Vault trading treasury: it sends the Vault nothing and takes nothing from it. What the Strip adds to $VIG is extra buy-and-burn power.

A property is an NFT on the Strip: Slot Parlor, Roulette Room, Blackjack Pit, Poker Room, Sportsbook, High Roller Suite, Casino or Casino Hotel. Every 10 minutes the owners' share of fees is divided between all properties by weight. Each property's part buys the coin its owner chose, and the tokens go to the wallet holding the NFT.

You pay a property's price to its order's own address, from any wallet (or with "Pay with wallet", which checks the payment before your wallet signs it), and the property is minted to the wallet that paid. Sell or send the NFT and the payouts follow it.

02Buying a property

  1. On Buy a property, choose what it collects and how you'll pay. A new deposit address is created for your order, with the current price, for 15 minutes. Ordering doesn't hold a number: nobody can block numbers without paying.
  2. Send the price from the wallet that should own the property (in one transfer or several, but from that one wallet). The engine checks the address every 10 seconds. When your payments add up to the price, you get the lowest open number at that moment. Anything someone else sends to your order's address goes back to them; it can never buy your property or redirect your refund.
  3. Once the payment is there, the property NFT is minted to the wallet that sent it, and it collects from the next payout.
  4. The SOL from your purchase is split: 65% into the owners' pool (shared by everyone who already owns a property, and by you from the next payout) and 20% to buying and burning $VIG, 15% to the Lounge's prizes. Paying in $VIG is 20% off, and the $VIG you send is burned whole.

There will never be more than 1,500 properties, and one wallet can buy up to 50, and at most 10 of the first 200, so the cheapest ones reach more people. Right now: 0 sold, 0.25 SOL each (Slot Parlor), 200 left at this price.

Holders first. Property sales open an hour after the $VIG launch, and that first hour is for holders: only wallets that held at least 250,000 $VIG when the sale opened (a snapshot taken at the opening) can buy. A payment from any other wallet in that hour is refunded in full. After the hour, anyone can buy.

If you send less than the price and the window closes, if the Strip sells out first, or if the wallet is over the limit, the payment goes back to the wallet it came from (minus the network fee). Numbers sell strictly in order: each tier opens only when the one before it is sold out. Your order doesn't hold a number: the number is set when your full payment lands. A full payment that arrives late still counts if that number is free; if someone else has taken it, the payment is refunded.

Properties bought with $VIG skip the split: that $VIG is burned whole.

The engine claims $VIG's creator fees from pump.fun every 2 minutes. Each claim is written into the books split into three buckets, and a bucket is spent only on its own purpose:

  • Owners (65% of fees, 65% of sales): the pool, divided between properties every 10 minutes (below).
  • Burn (20% of fees, 20% of sales): buys $VIG once 0.05 SOL adds up, then burns exactly the tokens it bought.
  • Lounge prizes (15% of fees, 15% of sales): sent to the prize funds of the Lounge's running games once 0.05 SOL adds up, so the free games keep paying out.

Top-ups. Now and then a sponsor may add SOL straight to the owners' pool as a promotion (say, a launch-weekend boost). All of it is shared at the next payout like fees, and each top-up is listed in the Count Room with its label and transaction. Top-ups are occasional and never promised, and they never come from the Vigorish Vault: the engine refuses the Vault's wallet.

There is no team share. The Count Room shows every claim, every bucket and every transaction.

04The 10-minute cycle

Every 10 minutes the engine:

  1. checks who holds each property NFT right now;
  2. records every owner's $VIG balance;
  3. works out each property's weight;
  4. splits the pool between properties in proportion to weight, and adds each part to what that property is owed (kept in SOL);
  5. pays out owed amounts that are big enough (payouts, below).
property's share = pool × property's weight ÷ sum of all weights

Every property shows its next payout ≈: the pool as it stands right now × its weight ÷ all weights, plus anything already waiting. The pool grows with every fee claim until the payout, so the estimate grows too.

Say 400 properties carry an average weight of 1.2, so all weights add up to 480. A property with weight 1.2 then takes 1.2 ÷ 480 = 0.25% of each payout's pool, and one with weight 2.4 takes twice that. Busier trading grows the pool; more properties split it further. None of it is promised: on a quiet day the pool is small.

05Weight

weight = venue weight × early bonus × boost × bag factor × loyalty
loyalty     = 1 + 0.25 × min(1, days held without selling / 30)
early bonus = ×1.5 for #1–100, ×1.25 for #101–200, ×1.1 for #201–300, ×1 after
boost       = 1.5 if it collects $VIG, ×2 for a listed coin during its boost, otherwise 1;
              ×3 more on the day it wins the boost auction
dark = a property whose tax is unpaid past the grace week isn't weighed at all (it earns nothing)
bag factor  = 0.1 + 0.90 × min(1, bag per property / 250,000)
bag = lowest $VIG balance of the owner's wallet in the last 1 h
bag per property = bag / number of properties the wallet owns
  • The ×1.5 boost pays you more for collecting $VIG itself. Every payout in $VIG is a market buy of $VIG, which then unlocks like the reserve's rewards: a share at once, all of it if you let it wait (your choice on My properties), and if your $VIG balance falls more than 5% below its peak before you collect, that counts as selling and forfeits what's waiting (paying the Strip or burning on the Launchpad doesn't count).
  • The bag factor rewards owners who hold $VIG: 250,000 $VIG per property for 100%; with none, a property runs at 10%. It uses the lowest balance of the last hour, so buying just before a payout doesn't count.
  • $VIG your properties collect raises your bag too, once it's collected.
  • Bigger, pricier venues carry more weight (see the table in section 02).
  • Loyalty rewards owners who don't sell: every day the wallet keeps its $VIG adds weight, up to ×1.25 after 30 days. Buying more or receiving payouts never hurts it. If the balance falls more than 5% below its peak, that counts as selling and restarts the clock (paying the Strip or burning on the Launchpad doesn't count).
  • The early bonus rewards the first buyers. It's set when a property is minted, by its number, and never changes, even if the property is sold on.

06Which coin a property collects

Each property has one of five modes, changeable any time on My properties:

  • $VIG (default): ×1.5 weight.
  • SOL: paid straight in SOL, no swap.
  • USDC or WBTC: always on offer. Your share is bought on the market at each payout and sent as USDC (dollars) or Wrapped BTC (Bitcoin on Solana, bridged by Wormhole). Both tokens can be frozen by their issuers, which is rare; if a send to your wallet is refused, it stays owed.
  • A coin from the list: you pick it. The list is empty for now.
  • Auto: the property moves to another listed coin every 3 hours, picked from its number.

The list changes only when the team changes it. A coin whose token can't be sent with a plain transfer (freeze authority, transfer hooks, transfer fees) is left out. If your coin leaves the list, your property collects $VIG until it's back.

07Payouts: how you get paid

  1. SOL payouts go straight out, up to 18 wallets in one transaction.
  2. For every other coin, the engine adds up what everyone collecting it is owed and makes a single market buy on Jupiter, then hands the tokens out in proportion, about 7 wallets per transaction.
  3. An owner is included once their properties' owed amount for a coin reaches 0.0002 SOL (0.001 SOL for SOL drops), or 0.004 SOL for the first drop of a coin, which also pays about 0.002 SOL to open your token account out of your own owed amount. Until then it keeps adding up; nothing is lost.

Each transfer is on the Payouts page with its transaction. If a transfer fails, the owed amount stays and goes out next time. If a transfer's outcome is unknown, the engine checks the chain before doing anything, so nobody is paid twice.

08Property types

The types follow the numbers: Slot Parlor (#1–500), Roulette Room (#501–667), Blackjack Pit (#668–834), Poker Room (#835–1000), Sportsbook (#1001–1167), High Roller Suite (#1168–1334), Casino (#1335–1450), Casino Hotel (#1451–1500). Every property has its own generated neon artwork: the type sets the scene, and its number picks the colors and details (reels, wheel, seats, lamps, screens, towers). The look is cosmetic and never changes.

09Selling a property

A property is a Metaplex Core NFT, so you can list it on any Solana NFT marketplace or send it to another wallet. Payouts go to whoever holds it at each payout; anything already owed to it goes with it.

On top of that, the $VIG reward reserve (50,000,000 $VIG, 5% of supply, to be set aside at launch) pays a bonus in $VIG to properties that collect $VIG, split by weight, over 5 years. Year one's 28.5M is in a public reward wallet; the other 21.5M unlocks yearly 2027–2030. Launch boost: for the first 60 days it pays 2× the normal rate; the extra comes out of later years, so the total stays the same. Its value moves with $VIG's price.

Rewards vest in steps. Each day's rewards age on their own, and the longer you leave them the more you get: 25% at once, 45% after 3 days, 65% after 7, 80% after 14, the full reward after 21 days (blackjack). On My Properties you pick when yours are paid (the default is the full 21 days). Whatever an early collector gives up goes to the owners still waiting, by weight. If your $VIG balance falls more than 5% below its peak, or the property leaves your wallet, before your rewards are paid, everything waiting goes to those owners too (whatever you picked). Paying the Strip or burning on the Launchpad doesn't count. Changing your choice never resets what's waiting: rewards already old enough are paid at the share they've reached.

Property tax. Every property owes a tax each month, set by its venue weight (0.028 SOL per ×1 of weight) and kept between 2% and 4% of what the property cost: 0.01 SOL for a first-200 Slot Parlor, 0.02 for the other Slot Parlors, 0.16 for a Casino, 0.32 for a Casino Hotel. The early-buyer bonus isn't taxed. The first month is free. It's paid automatically from the property's own earnings: each payout puts what it earns toward next month's tax first, until the month is covered. A property that earns less than its tax can be paid up on My Properties, up to 12 months ahead, in SOL or in $VIG at 20% off (the $VIG is burned); anyone can pay for any property. If it's unpaid a week after it's due, the property goes dark: it keeps its owner and stays in the wallet, but earns nothing until the tax is paid, and its share of each payout goes to the properties that paid. Paying after going dark covers the missed week too. The tax is split like a property sale.

The daily boost auction. Every day, owners bid SOL for a 24-hour boost on one of their properties: the winner collects at ×3 weight in every payout until the next one. Only SOL from the wallet that owns the property counts, and it must still own it at the close. A new high bid in the last 5 minutes moves the close back 5 minutes (at most an hour). The winning bid is split like a property sale, so every owner shares in it; every other bid goes back to the wallet that sent it. Today's auction.

Every resale pays a 7.5% royalty. Marketplaces send it to the Strip's royalty wallet, and it's split like trading fees, so most of it goes back to property owners.

10Buyback and burn

The burn bucket gets 20% of fees and 20% of every property sale paid in SOL (sales paid in $VIG are burned whole). Once it holds 0.05 SOL, the engine buys $VIG with all of it and burns exactly what it bought with a burnChecked instruction: the supply goes down for good. Both transactions are in the Count Room.

11Promotions

Other projects can pay to list their coin in the Cage, boost a listed coin (properties collecting it earn double weight while it runs), or rent a billboard in the lobby or the ticker. Listings and boosts go live as soon as they're paid, if the coin passes the checks (enough liquidity, a plain token, not blocked); billboards are reviewed by the team first. Anything not approved is refunded in full. The team can take down a coin that turns bad and block it from coming back.

What they pay is split like trading fees: 65% owners · 20% burn · 15% Lounge prizes. See Promote.

14Questions

Where does the money come from?
Six places: $VIG trading fees, property sales (65% of the SOL every new buyer pays goes to owners), 7.5% resale royalties, the daily boost auction, property tax and promotions. Property sales mean early owners are partly paid by later buyers. Payouts will be larger while properties are selling and fall once the Strip sells out, when only trading fees are left.
Is the Strip part of the Vigorish Vault?
No. They are separate. The Vault is a trading treasury with its own wallet and rules. The Strip is funded by $VIG trading fees, property sales, resale royalties, the daily boost auction, property tax and promotions; it sends nothing to the Vault and takes nothing from it. Its contribution to $VIG is the buy and burn.
Will I definitely earn?
No. The pool depends on $VIG trading and on new property sales. A slow day pays little, a dead market pays nothing, and sale income stops when the Strip sells out. A property can also end up worth less than you paid.
Can I sell a property?
Yes. It's an NFT: list it on a marketplace or send it. Payouts follow whoever holds it.
I didn't get anything this round. Why?
What you're owed in that coin is still under the minimum. It isn't lost: it keeps building and goes out once it clears the bar.
Why is my weight low?
Check your bag factor on My properties: hold 250,000 $VIG per property for 100%. The lowest balance of the last hour counts.
Do you need my wallet?
Not to buy: you can pay from any wallet by sending to your order's own address, or connect Phantom to pay in one click. Changing what a property collects asks you to sign a message (not a transaction) to prove you own it.

Properties are collectibles, not an investment. Payouts depend on $VIG trading and new property sales; both can slow or stop, part of early payouts comes from later buyers, and properties and $VIG can lose most or all of their value. Nothing on the Strip is guaranteed or financial advice. You must be 18 or older. Where this isn't allowed, please don't take part. House rules
