Every day, property owners bid SOL for a 24-hour boost: the winning property collects at ×3 weight in every payout until the next one. The highest bid at the close wins. Every other bid goes back to the wallet that sent it.
The winning bid is shared like a property sale: most of it goes into the owners' pool for everyone, some buys $VIG and burns it, and 15% funds the Lounge's prizes. So even when you don't win, you get a share of what the winner paid.
The boost auction starts after launch.
Once properties are sold (an hour after the $VIG launch on Nov 1), owners can bid here every day. It closes daily at 01:00 UTC.
